spunkdump Posted August 13, 2014 Report Share Posted August 13, 2014 Thanks txz71 -- i heard the same from a NOLA pig who lives there and gave me the 411 on upstairs part- it seems every year they try something- I wish they they would add some windows or a/c up there for Decadence-lord knows i lose 5 pounds every night sweating up a mess. I'm like you, more air-conditioning would be excellent. It's by far my favorite place. Planning to spend most of my time at the Phoenix/Eagle & Rawhide 2010 At the Phoenix/Eagle I just kinda mill around upstairs bending over wherever & taking as many loads as possible. That's good because it won't be AS hot as it would be, but it is going to be super humid. You men who have never been to New Orleans in the summer prepare yourself; it's going to be steamy. We were at Decadence 2 years ago when there had just been a minor hurricane. The power was out at the Phoenix. The old standby backrooms at Rawhide and Phoenix were quite fun. Rawhide -thank goodness I decided to do early afternoon because once 4 pm hits-the crowd really changes 1. IT gets crowded 2. no boundaries- guys will rob the dick out your ass or mouth if you give one sec - i mean rude and no respect - and they will block you for all life - no boundaries - I saw so many guys playing with each other and then 1 or more guys would try to intrude and take over - I get it its a backroom but if two guys going at it -let em go at it unless they make a move to bring you in. 3. Its a backroom- lord i didn't want to hear guys history -how many degrees they have - what do you do for a living? Its a back room - have sex! talk about killing mood 4. Word to first timers- the night sessions at Rawhide are intense and crowded with guys just giggling and walking around or more squeezing thru the crowd around the pool table- its not for the claustrophobic -its insane I thought it would be hot to go at night on Friday and realized no sex would happen it was just too much. 5. AFternoon better -a little relaxed and guys come to play and get off. Its not this round robin that it is at night. I even saw a few porn stars in afternoon and one in particular Ray Dalton who was so better looking in person -with an ass that could melt icebergs- and i thought oh well there goes the party how can you compete? but he encountered the rudeness of the crowd not letting him spread his legs and was tough - he got a little action and then just left for better pastures- i didn't blame him. I love Rawhide but that place is shitty crazy at night- not fun and a $10 cover to boot- not even a free drink with it this year-that changed from previous years.... Phoenix- my fave place- so much better at night- the little backroom upstairs - suffers from lack of air- its freaking humid and hot and no breeze - you really have to keep hydrated-not to pass out--unfortunately they put up these half walls that were mentioned above kinda trying to make a maze but was tough- not easy to get fucked and hold on to these walls. and keep your feet from slipping. the Crowd is always great and up for anything so its always worth visiting and the staff are just the nicest guys in all of NOLA. I'm lucky i've gone to Decadence since 1999 and saw Phoenix when they had the back bench against the back wall- you could just bend over stare into the black abyss and have your ass pummeled all night long- those were the days. I wish they would bring it back -it makes it so difficult for standup fucks. but my old regulars over the years recognized me and did me a solid and dumped a few loads. My rep still holds after all these years. I wish i had gotten to meet a few more guys that contacted me but strange schedules and i posted where i was for most part on scurff, manhunt and bbrt but i think that was only useful for a small % mostly it was spur of the moment being in the bars. Load total : 35 loads -- not bad should have been more but thankfully i did day sessions at Rawhide or i would have not gotten so much and swallowed two piss loads at Phoenix during the afternoon Sat party which was a treat. I think I have to find somewhere else next year to visit ( I say that every year) because the crowds at Rawhide is crazy ridiculous- I witnessed to much stress and a couple of fights -i mean over cock- not the way but these young ins well they certainly are different and if it were me- i would ban all phones from a backroom. Not the place for text or phoning someone....i'm definitely old school hoe- fuck me fill me. I'm glad I went but I always black out how insane it can be in a backroom I'll probably end up there again next year! But like one of the guys I talked to NO is still 20 years behind everyone else so they still have backrooms which are disappearing more and more so got to keep the old traditions alive!!!!
