Easiest place to get poppers is at the Leather Market in the Congress Hotel, but get there on opening day, as they usually sell out. Hotel parties are easy - they're listed on most hookup sites (BBRT, adam4adam, etc). Most of the bats will be hopping as well as the baths and bookstores.
