Hotbottom, there are overflow hotels very close by.  The imrl website may even have some rooms blocked out there too.

it's all sorts of things going on at once.  People will leave room doors ajar and just take loads.  There are also parties at the clubs and the bathhouses.  Plus there's dances every night and usually drinks/dancing in the lobby.
