Tops: Do You Like A Bottom In A Harness?

I am wondering if Tops prefer a bottom with a harness to grab on to and move him around or if it's better that the top is fully naked. I've only worn mine a couple of times and like the feel of the leather, but one top liked using my harness to pull me back on to his cock while the other wanted me to take it off.
