I am on the California election return web site here http://vote.sos.ca.gov/returns/maps/ballot-measures/prop/60/ and it looks like this thing failed.  With 86% of returns in it is down     Yes    3,544,490    45.9% to  No    4,178,331    54.1% and got beat every place in the state except for the few most southern California counties.  I highly doubt even if this passed that it would have withstood the court challenge that would have ensued from its victory (it violates the first amendment right to free expression and the 14th amendment right to privacy for starters).  All the porn industry would have done is moved over the border to Mexico or Nevada (costing California a ton of tax money) and sites like this site hosted in other states and nations would have had nothing to worry about, but Prop 60 is dead and it is all a moot point now.

100% of precincts now reported.

No - 54%

Yes - 46%

Woohoo, voters rejected it. Weinstein can shove it up his ass, like a big bare poz cock.

At least one one good result from yesterday.

Probably the most positive result from yesterday's election . . .

Happy for all my Cali friends (and myself because I love of nasty bareback porn) that this did not pass. What we do with our dicks/asses/pussies is a personal choice and none of our government's business.

Hats off to all the California voters who upheld our constitutional right to individual freedom and made this possible!

So happy with the result.  California has produced loads of great bareback porn and it is our right to see guys fuck the way we want to.  Congrats to Paul Morris among others.  Stefan is a spunk.

Even those who use condoms in real life, want to jerk off to bareback porn; for those who just watch it - it's fantasy - they can't catch anything off their computer screen; and the dirty buggers who do it, will do it anyway.
