Saline is absorbed by the body and your sac returns to its normal size. Silicone is not absorbed by the body - and it can do horrible things to you.

Hello - there are videos and pictures out there !  I have always love men who were be able get their Balls Huge ! In fact , I used to vacuum pump my balls really Big - loved them and thought of Saline or Silicone them !  I got so addicted that it was tough stilling down - they were like grape fruit size .  I got a few stares at the gym - wishing I could of been in a Gay gym .

The main purpose of me replying is Silicone is for Life and Saline is a purpose a period of time !

Shaved balls , drinking lots of water , warm water vacuum pumping balls !
