Doublelist seems to try to have pay wall. However after sometimes asking to pay where I not pay will let you see the personals. I guess is just to see if can try to get payment. Truth is while free mostly that if was to pay and not get any would seem a waste of money. However I noticed some listings are just a ad to sign up for another website or app.

I find using different methods such as website Doublelist, next apps grindr, A4A may provide a meeting. However can seem sometimes use multiple means and not get any meeting.

Craigslist at one point was good to meet from personals. I got repeat hookups with one. I got to meet a couple of others. Then later dropped personals as recall a possible law passed to compile. Or maybe another reason.

I noticed some try to use on Craigslist missed person category as personals but find not really work.

Doublelist is hit or miss like all apps and sites. I've had ok results from Doublelist, fair results with Grindr, and good results with Sniffies.
