Ah yes, this was one of the first bareback movies I ever owned.  The movie is Boy Butts by Hot Desert Knights.  I Googled it and I can see that it is scene 3 from that movie but then it doesn't give the younger guy's name.  I tried to do a process of elimination by looking at all the actors names and crossing off who I knew.  Based on that, I THINK his name might be Michael Austin.
