I’m not on Twitter - never have been - but, as I understand it, there are actual straight-up white supremacists and wanna-Nazi’s belonging to established groups and movements whose accounts haven’t been suspended like West’s has. Maybe he’s considered more of a threat - optics wise - because he has more followers. I don’t know. But, if Musk were truly serious about curbing antisemitism and race-baiting, he’d be better served looking beyond banning Kanye fucking West. 
 

And, to answer your question, if I were using Twitter, yes, I’d be concerned for a variety of reasons. It seems off-the-rails.
