There used to be activity late at night around Lake Merritt, especially on the northern and northeastern shores. No idea what it's like during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Judging by the number of used condoms, there was also a lot of activity in the Jingletown area, although I'm guessing that was more online-arranged, in-car fun.
