Clean out on Keto diet

*Any* significant dietary change is likely to change your defecation patterns, producing anything from diarrhea or very, very soft stools up to hard, constipation-generating feces. The change depends on what *your* body is used to doing and what sort of diet you had before. And I've seen reports of a keto dietary regime going each direction. All I can say is, if you want to try living on a keto diet, do so, and monitor your bathroom habits.

I have done keto a number of times. If you are increasing the amount of green, leafy vegetables and thereby your fiber intake, your cleanout will go easier. If you just pile on the meat and fat without increasing the fiber like some people try to do, I think it would probably get worse.
