Plymouth hotels for breeding

I'll be in Plymouth on the weekend of the 22nd may. Looking to stay in a city centre hotel in Plymouth, Devon to take loads.

I need some recommendations, I'm looking for hotels that are cheap, don't require key cards for lifts etc? Was hoping to make a post on the day and leave my door on the latch.

Any tips appreciated as this will be my first time as a hotel Cumdump

Not sure if the Travelodge or Premier Inn in the city centre have keycard access to floors as not stayed in them. However the Manticore Sauna reopens that weekend which may have more luck with to play in
