I just don’t understand the need to make this so complicated or confusing. Please clarify with some sort of direction. Thanks in advance for your service and support. Quote

I just don’t understand the need to make this so complicated or confusing. Please clarify with some sort of direction. Thanks in advance for your service and support. @rawTOP is a developer in the process of constructing a large, connected, coordinated network of websites to host adult content, including porn, adult-oriented social media, and, as I understand it, hookup resources sophisticated and configurable enough to make BBRTS look like Manhunt. His vision is wide-ranging, planning services for generalized as well as specialized interests such as watersports. There’s a tremendous amount of ground to cover. Developing for the web in this day and age is a lot like trying to build a sand castle on a conveyor belt from the back of a galloping horse. Everything is constantly shifting and changing, and keeping everything working - especially when you’re building novel infrastructure - is a major challenge. RawTOP is also working with one arm being twisted behind his back as legislators on the Right keep popping up with proposed laws to try to force him to require unworkable (and unconstitutional) things like age verification) that would make it impossible to do business, and existing bad law like FOSTA/SESTA limiting what he can do. Another element he is trying to work around is escaping the controls if content moderators and the content censorship imposed by financial institutions, etc. This requires working with new forms of distributed interconnection, such as Nostr. There may be things that are unfamiliar or confusing, and there may be a learning curve for end users, but the Net is always changing. Add to all of this the fact that he recently had a health issue from which he is still recovering, and it becomes clear why we still see a work-in-progress. He is extraordinarily busy, and if he cannot find the time to stop and explain himself to everyone’s immediate satisfaction I think we must excuse him. I had the privilege of assisting him with a small aspect of his development last year, and was given an opportunity to peek behind the curtain, as it were. The potential is encouraging. If your activity causes you to stumble through a gap in the curtain and you get a glimpse of what’s happening in the construction zone, consider that a bonus. *Note that I am speaking from my own observations and not as a representative of @rawTOP or the S3X Network. I invite correction of any error or misrepresentation. 1 1 Quote

(It doesn't.) Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience or confusion. Im a long time fan of this site and its growth has been impressive. I only want to bring to light from a user perspective the issues I have faced these past few weeks and I certainly don’t want to cause controversy. More than one occasion I was redirected to the maleprime site when attempting to sign into the BZ site. I’ve consistently had to re-enter my password via an email link in order to access the BZ site. I’m in NC and the MalePrime site landing page makes mention of issues with political and age verification issues within my states rules as justification for redirecting and requests registration and sign in to their network to verify age and use sites. They refer to user name and BZ as my contact. I can send screenshot images if you’d like. Quote

A lot of your confusion could have been avoided by reading the page on Male Prime fully, and by reading the comments in this thread. Your ISP is not using "clean" IPs. Talk to your ISP about the problem, or get a VPN that insures you're coming from a clean IP. Quote
valinorianlogic Posted February 2 Report Posted February 2 Reading all this nonsense as well as all the horrible legislation on other issues has never made me more grateful than I am now to live in a liberal state (IL). I'm aware of my states many, many issues, but one thing I don't have to worry about is being treated unfairly due to my orientation and I know that my female family, friends, and coworkers aren't going to have their sovereignty over their own bodies be questioned or stripped away. You couldn't pay me enough to entice me to live in a conservative state. I actually grew up very conservative and even voted for Bush Jr. twice, being fully indoctrinated by my strict Catholic upbringing. I'm forever grateful to my college years for opening up my eyes to other cultures and viewpoints and revealing how absolutely deluded and toxic my family's views were. Imagine hearing your kindly grandma say firmly all gays were going to burn in hell for eternity everytime something related to homsexuality showed up on the news, whilst unknowingly sitting 3 feet away from her closeted grandson. Imagine growing up convinced you were damned forever just for an attraction you had absolutely no control over., desperately praying every night to be like other boys. It's no wonder there still so many teenage suicides due to their inability to cope with their homosexuality. I have nothing but contempt for conservative Christians. I only wished I there actually was a Hell so they could burn there. Unfortunately, I dont believe in fairy tales. 5 Quote
Thoron Posted February 5 Report Posted February 5 Is there a way to fix this so that it's not tracking ISP only? If I'm coming here on my phone the stupid site thinks I'm in Texas when I'm in Colorado. It should tracking IP address, not ISP. Quote

hntnhole Posted February 5 Report Posted February 5 How far down the list of States is Florida, I wonder .... Now that our would-be-excuse of a Governor flunked out so early, he'll be looking for even more mischief to dip his elevator boot-toe into ........ Quote

Its connecting to local towers so geolocating with google knows I'm in Ouray, Montrose, etc. yet somehow the ISP will end up saying Texas or Illinois at random. I don't think this block was done with much thought going into cell networks. Quote
Administrators rawTOP Posted March 21 Author Administrators Report Posted March 21 And the lawsuits have started. This is from Corey Silverstein - one of the top adult industry lawyers… Quote Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton has announced that [his office] filed two civil lawsuits on Tuesday afternoon in Travis County against the companies that own the websites xHamster and Chaturbate. The allegations against both companies are for violations of Texas House Bill 1181 - commonly referred to as the Texas Age Verification Bill. These two suits are in addition to the suit already filed against Aylo, the operator of the website Pornhub.com. xHamster, Chaturbate and Aylo all have the money to fight these lawsuits. (Aylo also owns sites like Sean Cody, Men.com and Reality Dudes). So it's good that they're the ones being sued, not little players like me. And it explains why I've taken such drastic steps - I do not want to be the test case… But the bottom line here is that if you voted for Paxton (or guys like him) - then you caused this mess. If your friends and family voted for Paxton (etc) then they caused this mess. You get the government you vote for. Politics really do matter. Who you vote for matters. Voting for the lesser of two evils really does make a difference. 1 7 1 Quote
