I was always under the impression that a top preferred a perfectly clean ass.  No previous sexual encounter should be visible.  It's tough enough to be perfectly clean, we all know that real life sex is not like sex in porn, but we strive to reach that quality.  I live in fear of being "dirty", of being a turn off to a guy.

Depending on what you mean by a "clean" Hole, there are definitely gradations to that particular aspect, at least for me.  

To me, "clean" means no bits of last night's supper.  "Pre-lubed" means that hot-assed boy has taken loads before I got to his Hole.  If the bottom's Hole doesn't measure up (or down, for some guys) to that requirement, there are plenty of other guys that do, and I'll just excuse myself and go find some.

I hope that's a bit of hyperbole ... we don't need to live in fear, all we need to do is be understanding of each other.  I know that most Tops would avoid an "unprepped" Hole, but we all know that accidents can happen.  It's merely a function of our interior plumbing, and after all - it's us that are using our bodies in a "special" way, so like car-insurance - hopefully, we've all taken out a "no fault" policy.

To the OP though, I think it's a stretch to say one is only interested in Holes that are already full of loads from previous Cocks.

It sounds like a consensus is emerging from those "in the know" that when you let yourself indulge the delight of a pre-loaded or cum-filled hole that it's something so "good" that you likely begin to seek out, or at a minimum don't pass it up when it is offered or available.
