Ive bee  DP'd many times, i think the only successful times were when both the tops were hung, since the positions require some gaps and if they are smaller it would slip out all the time.

Note for both bottoms and tops. I don't know why but for me its always a little painful.  Even after a good fisting the 2nd cock always pinches a lil.
