Our shared Human history is filled with Adults expecting and forcing children to make decisions or participate in things they are ready for, be that emotional or physical.

In my country of the US a Teen trained to fight and die on a god forsaken battlefield before they can legally.... Smoke, drink alcohol, be sexually active with a partner they choose, Rent an apartment, rent a car.  Vote. and there are people that want to raise the voting age to keep young people from voting to change the establishment 

 Only recently was Sentencing a child to a life term with no parole or to execution outlawed, and with the hard conservative lean in our highest court, that decision can be overturned at any moment. 

That shit is insane.

 

When I was a child I was a victim. I was raped repeatedly by a group of scum sucking bastards. The line began with my own father and didn't end until I tasted Puberty. I was photographed, videos and passed around, sometimes for nothing more than a drink for my old man. I wasn't alone. many kids in my neighborhood went through this, and I don't know how I wasn't Poz before I was 10 It was a dark and scary time.

For years the only way I could stop myself from canceling my subscription to breathing, I had to recoceptualize my experiences to ones where I had the power I didn't have. I had to be outside of my body and accept the involuntary pleasure forced upon me.

Because yes, a kid is human. yes a kid can feel pleasure, yes a kid can learn rewards are better than punishments. 

when I was in my teens I became a predator. I put adult men in situations that got me the attention I sought, because it was the attention I had been conditioned to value. I sold myself, I blackmailed, I begged , I pleaded and put myself into dangerous situations to get thevsexual satisfaction I craved in my teens. itvwas easy.  Farveasier than it is no that I am Overweight, Scarred and Poz

Do I have dark fantasies you bet I do have I seen some things that disgust me with myself upon post nut clarity. yes.

 

But even if I am a dumpster fire, I want to see more protection. and a new system built, to protect the weakest and most easily exploited among us.

Your perspective and reality is similar to mine and probably a lot of men that were abused as kids. It really hit me hard when  in a " I'm not the only one"  way when you said that you became a predator in your teens seducing older men etc. I reacted and behaved exactly the same way when I was in my early teens

It is really sad. I wonder if the pressure of being a gay celebrity got to Austin. Was he going through some stress like financial difficulties, lack of work, relationship problem etc.? 

If the minor was not coerced but a willing participant in this sinful act, I definitely think the courts should take account of it and not try to make a moral statement. 

Who contacted who? Did Austin Wolf meet this guy on an app. Did the guy contact Wolf? How many other adult men has this 15 yr old angel contacted; Is he really an innocent victim who was physically coerced into sexual activity by a larger grown up man like Austin, or is there more to the story?  Is this young man really a Vestial Virgin that the court seems to assume he is. The court should try to investigate the Truth. 

Some younger individuals are very curious about sex. Hell, there are teens who are getting high on drugs by the time they are 15 or 14 yrs old. Is the court going to start sending them to jail? 

If this 15 yr old is not an innocent angel, I think maybe 6 months or even a year at best should be an appropriate sentencing, and Austin's time in jail should be taken into account. 

Casual sex is a complicated subject.  Sometimes there are fault lines and sometimes bad connections.  It is sad this turned out to be a really bad line that could kill you.

Teenagers are already doing the worse nightmare of  their parents, teachers, and other authorities: experimenting with sex. Some situations do require us to ignore the fact that the individual is a minor and look at his actions as an adult.

Not all situations are the same, even if they appear to be so. When it comes to sex, there isn't a unanimous consensus on all issues. Was it just Austin's responsibility or does the 15 yr old in question share some responsibility as well?

•  I don't have all the details of the case, but from what I have read in the news report, there was another gentleman involved and Austin through the use of mobile technology (text or an app) enticed this guy to come to New York to have sex.  He made the following statement to the judge:

  “In late 2023 or early 2024, I induced a 15-year-old to engage in a sex act, I don’t remember through text or [social media], but phones were definitely used. I know what I was doing was wrong”² 

  • Who is this other adult? 
  • If it was a text message, how did the two come into contact. I mean its not like Austin is a teacher and used his position to get young underage peoples number. It is actually more likely that the young angel contacted Austin rather than the other way around. 
  • May I ask, why did this young angel travel to another state to have sex with an Adult? Did he know that he would be breaking the law and put his sexual partner - the older guy- at substantial risk. Did he understand what he was fantasizing about and did, was a crime under the eyes of the law. I believe anyone who breaks the law willingly needs to face the consequences of it. If Austin is to been punished for breaking the law, so should this young angel— and be tried as a juvenile criminal. 

The counsel for Austin acknowledges that this is a complex case³ but I don't see him arguing that in front of the court. He seems to be a guy who does more of corporate cases and mentions some Industrial case that he is dealing with in his letter. Perhaps Austin would be better served if he sought a people's lawyer who has dealt with such real life and real people's issues.
