You should be good. I've fucked many undetectable bottoms and the only thing you ever have to be worried about is what other things you might pick up. But I've never looked back, I always bareback and I take steps to test and correct anything I pick up along the way. There is nothing else like loading up a willing bottom and even better if HIV positive as they can be amazing peeps!

I'm an undetectable bottom. I have no issues with letting guys fuck me and absolutely no fear of passing anything on. I am up-front about status before anything happens and if a guy wants to have second thoughts thats their prerogative. The fact is you are much safer with someone who knows for certain their status and controls it than someone who has never been tested.

Went on PrEP as soon as it was available, been rawfucking guys ever since, and only occasionally catch one of the lesser bugs.  I think that's probably because I like to stick my tongue in cummy Holes more than anything else though.  Could be wrong - but, I'll take an occasional infection, get a shot/meds for it, and still keep having the kind of sex I love.

It shouldn't make any difference.  I'm poz on meds and undetectable.  Almost all sex I have is raw and so anything I do get is treatable. 

Do get tested for everything regularly though. Knowing your status on any infection etc is the key to getting treated.
