Colonoscopy post becoming a ff bottom

I have had three now. My GI Dr isn’t gay but I was very open about my sexuality and that I have only bb anal sex where I receive. He appreciated that. He also said how clean I was. I smiled and said … years of practice. Lol

I've had two colonoscopies and see a proctologist three times a year. My anus is VERY obviously stretched and loose. So far, nothing has been said, though I did run into one of the male nurses at the gym about a week after my first one and he had this suppressed knowing smirk the entire conversation, like he really wanted to say "I know you are super loose must have had some massive stuff in your ass" but couldn't for professional reasons.

I had a finger prostate exam and an USG probe one without any comment made despite being able to take 70mm butt plug with ease.

This summer I had a rather colourful sex life, including being fisted regularly. My routine stool test to look for blood came back positive and was told to go for a colonoscopy - my first. Doctor commented how clean I was and reassuringly, scope was all normal. I was concerned doctor might comment why my bottom is loose and looks a wreck LOL….  I had decided not to get sedation (seems they use fentanyl for sedation) and enjoyed feeling how the scope went around - pretty amazing.

Next time I will avoid vigorous bottoming for a week before taking the stool test.
