Only wear thongs under compression pants/shorts at gym, but a more substantial posing thong not light weight material or g-string. I like the feeling, and the posture change creating extra curves. Chafing can be an issue so it's far from all the time.

my experience as well from a bottom perspective. i want a guy to have easy access and an open invitation lol.  Not to mention another practical  side , which is keeping it clean.  if one is wearing it while out fucking around, the part covering the hole gets saturated and stained very quickly... which i realize is not necessarily a negative to all Tops or bottoms, maybe even considered an added feature.
