I've seen plenty of neg4neg guys who were last tested a year or more ago. If any of those guys are sexually active, but have not tested in over a year, there's a chance they could be positive or have been exposed to any number of STIs. I'm their minds neg4neg might seem safer but there is no guarantee on that.

For someone trying to avoid HIV while engaging in risky behavior with multiple partners, they're deluding themselves. The law of large numbers always prevails in the end. There's to many variables that can't be controlled for that ruins the neg4neg theory.

For those few who can't take PrEP, I have sympathy, but even they understand they can't be bathhouse cumdumps.

I agree that “neg4neg” is maybe one of the  riskier things you can do …. Very few guys get pozed up intentionally (even most of us on here) Most of us got it just whoring around, playing with guys who didn’t get tested very often “ oh ya, I’m neg, don’t worry” …. And true, at their last test they were neg …. But the test was 1 , 2, 3, …. Years ago

if you are not on PrEP most people would say the safest person to bottom for is a poz guy who is good about taking his meds and is undetectable  (neg4pozU=U)

or if a poz guy on meds is still nervous making (and I get tract) …. go for “neg on PrEP 4 Neg on PrEP” …. Which gets a bit long for a posting on a hookup site
