It's been really something beautiful to be a part of. Last night before I left, he said something to the effort of "hey I finally have a friend, someone who watches out for me". I'm glad the elevator door closed, I didn't want him to see me tear up.

To the OP, I haven't noticed anything in particular changing in the daily bodily functions, and I've used PrEP for years now.  I do all the things I always have (working in the gardens, trimming trees, transplanting things, all of that), and haven't noticed any changes. 

That said, I haven't been hunting for them either.

Intermittent prep user since 2016. I take it about 4-6 months of the year looking at the entire year as I try to take it only when I’m feeling particularly slutty or I travel. I haven’t noticed anything but I did have elevated kidney measures at one point but it could also have been protein powder so…

You also need vitamin D3 so your body does actually take in the calcium. Not sure if that is in the supplements you take though.

I hate how now that I'm poz, calcium inhibits my Biktarvy because integrase inhibitors and calcium don't mix.

I have to take calcium supps 2-3 hours after my newly-switched Dovato so I do the med when I get home from work and vitamins at bedtime.

First review by my clinic and my kidney function isn't right. We discuss my much increased need to pee, bad sleeping and some body aches. So I've switched back to Atripla (generic versions). Apparently the second patient that day switching back.

I'm having similar symptoms on Biktarvy.  Pee a lot and kidney way lower than 60.

I personally haven’t taken Biktarvy…but a close friend, whose kidney function was seriously damaged by early therapy said that the medication seriously fucked his kidney function….

So just a funny side note regarding nightmares, this morning I was having a dream, it's rare for me to remember my dreams or even that I was dreaming. There was some type of bureaucracy I was dealing with, and I thought to myself in the dream while dealing with it, 'this is a nightmare'. Well saying that snapped my conscious self awake and I realized the house I was living in in the dream world was a previous house and not my current one. Well that realization woke me up.

I've been taking prep for about 12 years now. Truvada and it's generic for the first eight and Discovy for the last four. Haven't really noticed anything different. Fortunately I seem to tolerate them well.
