Like others have said, Tokyo Valentino and Southern Nights, both on Cheshire Bridge Rd. 

Southern Nights is a traditional porn booth type place. 

Tokyo Valentino is more like a sex club. Dark rooms, gloyhole booths, some public play spaces, private rooms (for $), a sling and some other equipment like that. changing rooms and lockers.

Flex is the only remaining bathhouse

You can get anon loads at any of those, but a room at red roof inn on north druid hills is the place to go for anon loads. Double digits any time I go, usually 20+, occasionally 40+
