Hello.

I just got some bad news. I am a diabetic. Despite the steps I have taken to control it, mostly successful.  The problem is that I am developing ED. Viagra isn't working. My doc decided the best option is Cialis. The thing is, I love poppers.  I would have to give them up. I am a bottom. I do miss topping on occasion. Would you start the meds or not?

Poppers and e d drugs do not mix and can have serious consequences when used together, which I suspect you already know.   If you're bottoming, maybe the ass up face  down position. Most guys won't care if you have an erection or not.  So the e d meds won't be required..

Trimix is a nickname for a medication that you inject directly into your penis. It's a vasodialtor like Cialis but works much more quickly since you're injecting it into the spongy tissue of your dick. It's a prescription medication, as you might imagine. If you don't like needles, it's likely not for you.

This is probably bad advice, but I've been ignoring standard prescription dosages of Viagra and Cialis for a while now.  I experimented slowly with increasing it and have found that when I double or so the dosage I have the effect from Viagra that I had 20 years ago.  Without it I don't do nearly as well.

I also mix Poppers and Viagra (again, with slow testing to make sure my body can handle it).  It's pretty easy.  Interestingly, I've found I use poppers a lot less than Iw as.  Purposely not cumming for weeks at a time naturally makes my body more responsive, which in turn means I need less Viagra and poppers for enjoyment.

So even if your dick has ED troubles, turn that to an advantage.  If you're a bottom, just stop cumming nearly as often.  Focus on the top fucking you.  You'll have a field day with it.

If you're a top, that's a lot more difficult.  I'll let others give you advice on that.

I use trimix on the rare occasion I want to top. I love being a bottom and getting fucked so it's rare. 

With trimix, it is safe to do poppers... however go to a reputable doctor and don't over do the injection as it could land you in the ER to get drained.

Be careful as ED has now found to be a precursor to heart conditions and heart attacks

If you get a prescription for as-needed Cialis (as opposed to daily at a lower dose) you can choose on a particular occasion whether you want to use poppers or Cialis. 

Or, as others have suggested, there is Trimix, which is compatible with poppers.

I've had a tri-mix prescription for about 10 years now.  It works great.  It works fast. It has no interactions with poppers.  Don't over dose yourself or it will be painful and may need to be drained in the ER.  That being said, I've never had that happen.  Just be smart about it and you should tolerate it well.  It DOES take a bit to get your head around giving yourself a shot in your dick, but it's really no bid deal.

Everyone’s different and I can only speak from my experience. Obviously, follow your doctor’s instructions first and do what’s important for your health. Always ask your physician before partaking in any activity that could negatively impact your health. 

Now for my thoughts: You don’t have to give up poppers OR your ED meds. It’s important that you don’t mix them within a 24-48 hour period (72 hours to be safe IMO, depending on interaction effects with any other medications… again- ask your doctor). On the rare occasion that I want to breed some hole and go on a Vers streak, I plan ahead of time, meaning I choose ahead of time whether I’m going to bottom or top for that night, then I’ll alternate positions every other day. When I want to top I’ll take a dick pill that day and have some fun. Then I’ll bottom 2-3 days later and hit my poppers to have a great time and become a mindless cock whore. BUT I will NEVER use both drugs within a 48 hour period, and this means I don’t have any flip fucks if I want to use both drugs within that timeframe. If I’m super horny and want both, I’ll just pick whichever drug I feel like I need more, depending on how I’m physically feeling (i.e. is it more important to have a mega cock or an easier time bottoming).

Have any of you heard about or used an herbal energy drink called VgH? It generally comes as a powder. Drink it and supposedly it makes your CV dick rock hard and you’ll last for hours. I tried to research it last night but found nothing useful.

Careful some of those "herbal" supplements have been found to just he adding generic Viagra to their product and have been recalled because of it. 

 

As others have mentioned, I generally top and use generic Viagra when doing so because it allows me to maintain a consistent erection, but when I'm feeling in the mood to bottom, I'll not use it and instead enjoy poppers.

i have sim but dif issues so all i can say is : everyone is dif and i may have done cialis n poppers and been ok but i know i had a bad reaction once and made sure NEVER to repeat that again. just my 2 cents. 

id stick w poppers if u bottom, cialis if u top and say good bye to your flip flop days

If the ed is relatively mild then arginine, an amino acid, by itself can help resolve the issue (it is often also take with pycnogenol - there are numerous studies documenting their effectiveness but this tends to drop off with age.  Younger men who have ed can benefit from this much more than older men in general).  I have no idea about arginine's effects on diabetes.
