I think another issue is no one wants to be versatile anymore. To have a good orgy with lots of action you really need at least 50% of the attendees to be versed.

That remind me;  When I lived in Chicago and used the apps, there was an old motor-lodge type "no-tell-mo-tel" on the south side of Ridge Ave, just West of Clark St, in the 48th Ward.  I think it was the "Heart of Chicago" - dating from before the interstates were even built.

I'm so weary of the fiction that *all* men can *decide* to be versatile. It smacks of "can't you just decide to be straight" to me.

There's a big difference between a guy who prefers to bottom vs. a guy who is wired as a bottom. The guy who prefers to bottom, but can top too, has other options and that's awesome (but he still gets to choose). That isn't me. I'm wired as a bottom so my dick isn't the center of my sexuality and penetrating someone doesn't turn me on very often. Trying to penetrate when I'm not into it... Does. Not. Work. The number of times I've been into penetrating someone in the last 30 years can be counted on one hand.

The narratives that bottoms are "selfish" and "withholding their dicks" are fallacious and reek of ignorance and unhealthy entitlement. Those narratives ignore or seek to invalidate the bottom's autonomy over their body.
