I echo what has been said already. Some weeks I go to the sauna and nothing (not even someone touching me). Other times I get plenty of action. What I do know is i do have to be in the mood, rather than just going thinking I may as well go to the sauna. I'm convinced I/we give off vibes that make a difference. In terms of losing weight or shaving or anything else like that ... it's up to you, but I'd say only do it if it's what you want. Don't do it to try and please others. A lot of guys like hairy arses. Generally, once I am done douching, I can go for at least 7 hours. That said, as has been mentioned, there are exceptions.
