Drink water. I was the same on the weekend, when I went to the sauna. I felt hungry mid-afternoon (I'd only had a small bowl of high fibre cereal for breakfast), but kept drinking water through the afternoon. It took me a while to get to the point of working out how my body works best, in terms of douching. Firstly, I try to step up my fibre intake (via food) and avoid highly processed food a couple of days before a big session. The day before I'll have my usual cereal, a simple sandwich for lunch and fairly small dinner. The morning of the big day (say, when going to the sauna all day), I'll have a small bowl of cereal and that's it. As someone once said (which was a great tip) definitely avoid coffee ahead of a session. It actually seems to make things worse. I also use a douche bulb, rather than a hose. That's more gentle. I also douche in stages. First stage is for around 15-30 minutes, depending on how long it takes to be "so so". Then I wait an hour or so (time flies and you can do some online cruising in the meantime), then do another 15-30 minutes. That gives water from early on that hasn't worked its way back out to do its job. It isn't always perfect, but most of the time I find I can be confident that, when being fucked over and over, I'll have a happy hole (in more ways than one). -
