The NYC sex party scene has been sketchy lately. Attendance has been down at Omega and Jacks of Color. The Gallery had a party last weekend after being on hiatus for a few months. The Gallery doesn't hold parties on consecutive Sunday's so they probably won't have one this coming weekend. I would check out Encore this weekend. The crowd is always hornier and ready for action. -

Didn't you check out his house or apartment and neighborhood on Google Earth and Google Maps (Street View) ahead of time? I always do this before meeting to make sure I will feel comfortable in a strange neighborhood.

Jacks of Color for sure. The best thing about the J.O.C Monday night 'Massage and Play' parties is that they are consistent. Almost always at least 60 horny guys show up on Mondays. During the summer months when the weather is nice and during holiday weekends, the crowd can grow to 90 to 100 guys coming though. The host is wonderful (he actually refers to you by first name), the workers make everyone feel welcome and the friendly guys make this party better than average.

Alot of gays are very racist. Good and bad. Unfortunately, there is NO polite way to tell someone online that your simply not interested in what they're offering. Most gay men cannot handle rejection. Furthermore, most will want to receive a detailed explanation as to why they were rejected. i.e too fat, too short, small cock, bad hygiene, ass too flat, wrong race, too fem, etc. There is no kind and polite way to convey that kind of information in an online setting. Therefore, IGNORE, then DELETE MESSAGE is what most of us end up doing.

Every city in the world, every sex club, every party, every bathhouse...has more BOTTOMS than tops. Its a basic fact of gay life. Ft Lauderdale is a nice city for gays, but it has a small gay retirement town kind of feel. Slammers is like their rec room. Its nice to visit, but I would prefer the major gay metros like New York, San Francisco, Atlanta and Los Angeles to make a living.

Check out Hard Drive, Gallery of Men or the J.O.C parties. All have 'regular' guys as you described. I also heard "Ed and Steve's" parties are good although I haven't been yet.
