If you're on PreP, I don't see what difference it makes whether your sex partners are neg or poz. Undetectable here, and drugs are a no-no for me. There are a lots of guys that say they are neg but in actuality have no idea of their status if they haven't been tested in a while. I'm admittedly biased due to my own status, but I've always believed your "safest" sex is with someone who is undetectable on meds. I get tested for everything every four months.
