Ask questions, if you have any, in the sexual health forums. I'm not sure how many posts you have to make for various features to expand - like being able to react to posts, or having a larger message box - but they WILL come, as you prove yourself to be a contributor to the community.

And that's the overall point that all the restrictions have - trying to make sure people participate in the forums.
