Most of your anxiety just comes from the small town complex. I was 20 when I became poz and was attending a college in a small town. It's rough starting but it gets better to deal. I know you worry about being attractive to others but honestly being poz can help weed out the bull shit people that you probably don't need to deal with. -

I'm a huge fan of his. He does primarily bareback for alot of different companies. Off hand I know Machofucker, TIM, Dark Alley/RFC, Breed It Raw. Sadly this is what it takes alot of people to take action. I have an acquaintance that I think is in the same situation as your friend. But still in his deteriorating situation it still seems like his priorities are still in the wrong place as far as figuring his condition. -
Just recently experimented with some and I have to say I'm a fan now. Really helped open my ass up and I get off on head rushes anyway.
