No, it does not give you such a reason. The active drug is the same in Descovy and Truvada. It's the pro-drug form that is different between the two of them, which only affects how the drug gets absorbed and transported through the body, not how it interacts with HIV. So, if the virus were resistant to Descovy, it would be (by definition) resistant to Truvada as well.
However, it's my understanding that the drug-resistant strains are somewhat less transmissible than the wild-type strains. Also, even if the virus were resistant, the concentration in your body upon exposure would likely be much less than the amount in an infected person's body, so even if its replication were not suppressed completely, your body might be able to clear it before it could establish a foothold.

This definitely happens. Once in a while I do this (I admit it) when the bottom clearly really wants to be cum inside of and I know damn well that I probably can't (for whatever reason) or it would take me at least 45 minutes of huffing and puffing and wouldn't be any fun for either of us. Most times it's not that I wouldn't want to, just that the plumbing or the wiring aren't behaving. There are a variety of medications (for blood pressure, depression, and many other things) that can cause this problem. Not really. They dole out reinforcements based on a person's contribution to maintaining their continued wealth. They only use rewards with actual value if they think they have to. Oh heck yes! My sophomore year of college, his freshman year. He had been with one other guy (a few days before, another buddy in our co-op house). It was awesome... Sounds to me like you have trained your brain to respond to "abuse" and "degradation" the way they are portrayed in porn. If you want to enjoy sex RT (which it sound like you do), you have two options: Seek out that kind of sex, or re-train your brain to respond to something different. There is plenty of material on this site about how to do the first. For the second, I would talk to a therapist or other behavioral health professional.

If I were in that group, I'd be inclined to tell them the truth if they actually asked. If they didn't ask, my inclination would be to wait to hear they way they were talking, and then role-play to help them enjoy their fantasy without actually saying anything false. My motivation here is that whether or not I can actually infect them, they are likely to enjoy the sex if they think it's possible, and even if I were detectable poz, their chances (without special preparation) of being infected are less than 1 in 50, so the fantasy is mainly what they'll be getting anyway. Silicone lasts a lot longer than vinyl and is only marginally porous, so it's probably well worth re-homing silicone ones. Vinyl has plasticizers in it that leach out and gradually evaporate over time, so that tends to degrade. Glass will last plastically forever, though I don't know anyone that actually prefers it - it's really too rigid to make a good sex toy. If you have any wood ones, they might be valuable as antiques, as I doubt anyone has seriously made wooden ones (at least in the first world) in nearly a century.
Personally, I have a couple of 20+ year old silicone ones that are perfectly fine (still flexible, odorless, no oily residue), and some vinyl ones that look OK, though I haven't put them through their paces recently.

I feel your pain, though I'm not quite at the "Mr. Burns" level. I can match you on the depression and blood pressure meds, though, plus piles of NSAIDS (which are hard on kidneys) and sometimes pain meds. No problems whatsoever with PrEP, and I've been on it for several years. I have switched to intermittent use because alas I live in a somewhat rural area and don't get to be slutty on a regular basis.
