    Here in Philly the CumUnion parties are held on Saturday night, and I'm told the attendance is pretty good. This month's gathering is scheduled for tomorrow, and 96 guys have signed-up.

    When I lived in the town of Orange, I would occasionally drop into the 1350, especially when I didn't have the time to run up to LA. As I recall, my experiences were, as Porkboy101 put it, hit or miss, but that's true of every bath house I've ever visited. I wish I had run into LBRaw while I lived in California - it would have been great to blow a load with him.

    Intriguing, TheBreeder. When I was in the service I tagged-along with the guys to various bars, mostly titty bars here in Philly, but I usually found myself counting the minutes until we would leave. In the intervening years I have seldom patronized bars of any stripe, so it's always interesting when a master describes the nuances of a pick-up.

    You're more patient than I would ever be, The Breeder. While I've never known someone as utterly inept as Eeyore, still I've taken the view that I won't socialize with guys who are so fully immersed in mindless technologies as to forget the basics of human interaction. Hell, if while out with another I must receive or make a call, I usually apologize and find a quiet, remote corner to complete the call, rather than treat the party with whom I'm ostensibly visiting feel as if he or she is chopped liver.

    Sorry to hear of the diagnosis, Tin, but I'm glad your physician finally thought to check for the possibility of syphilis. I've never come down with that malady or HEP-C, but the thought of such is decidedly enough to give me second thoughts about letting my 'inner slut' go rampant.

    My doctor put me on it a few years ago, but she remarked the other day (with just a tad bit of frustration in her voice) that the vitamin D deficiency had scarcely budged. Even so I keep poppin' 'em.

    Huh? I can understand forgetting the details of a tryst. Even more easily I can understand melding various trysts into one somewhat concocted memory, but I can't imagine forgetting one had flown from Boston to Detroit. I can understand forgetting the name of some pipsqueak village, but come on. Detroit? I know it has shrunk by almost 50% since 1950, but it's still Detroit! I don't know I could have been as tactful with Drew as were you, Rob.

    I think lice made a nest in my pubes twice, fortunately close to 20 years ago. Like you, TheBreeder, I can still remember the humiliation that accompanied the infestation. [sigh] As an aside, I also remember somewhat liking the peculiar aroma associated with the shampoo I used to kill 'em. It's odd, except to say I think it was petroleum-based, and to this day I love the smell of freshly surfaced macadam streets and, for that matter, the smell of the tar that is used to resurface rowhouse roofs in Philadelphia.
