    I had both of mine done at the same time. For healing purposes, I would suggest a bar rather than a ring. The RJ. G will get crustiest in them that can irritate the healing.     When digitally checking, my gay Doc has said, “you are all lubed up and ready to go!” That aside, my PSA numbers are usually high. Many things can effect that number including ejaculating within 24 hours of the blood draw. My numbers have gone as high as 7.5. How many motilium can I take for increase milk supply?     He did get a professional opinion. This is what he wrote in June Over a year ago I posted here about how hard it is t get castrated in USA. Since then I found a doctor here in my city that does these type operations. I have an appointment with him in July and i have obtained from psych doctors two letters approving me to have this surgery. So sometime (depending on doctors schedule)after July 5th I will at the least be castrated and hopefully my sack as well removed.     I just got back from getting my second shot. I already had an appointment, but was told by my healthcare provider that it was cancelled due to availability. Closer to the original second shot date, I got two emails and a voicemail to come get the shot. I contacted my Dr. Who said that they were providing second shots now using the 1/5 intradermal shot.

Point being that one Dr., had that many patients, seemed unlikely given that fact that LA County is the most populous County in the US (County vs City). So there seems to be an under reporting. Like you, there should be a personal responsibility. I and my partner did not go to Dore Alley this year even though we had a hotel and flights. SF had just announced a State of Emergency to go into effect, the Monday after Dore Alley. My husband and I looked at each other and were like, “uh……no!”.     I received my Monkey vaccine two weeks ago today. I was informed by my health provider that I was eligible and to make an appointment. I had a regularly scheduled Dr’s visit today and couple of things. He said the cases are being underreported. At one point, the City of LA claimed 200 cases. He had 25 cases when reported. He seriously doubts that he had 25% of the Counties cases. I heard from an epidemiologist friend who says that it is 22% underreported. My Dr. thinks a lot of people rather than getting treatment are quarantining on their own. Despite setting people up for second doses in LA, ALL were canceled to give others a the shot. There are claims that a 1/5 of a single dose is enough to give protection. That said, my Doc agreed with the Manufacturer that you have up to two years for the booster on a full dose. He claims that you need 21 days minimum to be protected, but would prefer 28 days for full protection. He had a patient that got the shot, went to a sex party the next day and…..surprise, got Monkeypox. He had two clients that within two weeks had sex with a “singular” person and got the virus. He said, after your appointment, I have two guys to swab for the virus. No judgements guys, but take care!
