Trimix is a drug (consisting of three separate chemicals) injected directly into the penis to produce an erection. Depending on the dosage, it can produce an erection that lasts up to 4 hours, with no additional stimulation required - that is, it just won't go soft on its own until the drug wears off. When used with a tight cockring, it can keep the cock hard even longer, because even when the drug wears off, the ring can be too tight to let blood flow out of the penis so as to go flaccid. In extreme circumstances, that can cause permanent damage to the penis in question. Accordingly, it's suggested to either use a velcro or snap leather (or similar) cockring, or a stretchy neoprene one, rather than one made of solid metal. The snap and velcro ones can be undone and removed, and neoprene can be cut and sacrificed, but if a metal cockring is keeping the cock from becoming flaccid, the only solution is to cut the metal ring off, which is pretty tricky when it's wrapped around an erection. -

I don't think guys fucking women (by and large) think about the possibility of getting HIV. They can, of course, and some do, but for the most part, a pregnancy is probably a larger concern. And accordingly, most guys fucking women probably aren't on PrEP, either. But gay men, in large numbers, use PrEP or condoms. Certainly not all, but enough to make a big difference in how each fucks (condom or not).

I agree geolocation isn't perfect, though it's *generally* accurate for guys not using a VPN (and BBRT blocks my VPN (Nord), so I can't use that site while VPN'ing anyway). My general rule, though, is to ignore profiles from people who have geolocation off AND who fail to list a location in their profile. To me, that's a sign someone has zero intention of actually meeting up, and is just looking for some kind of cybersex. When a location IS specified, and the person is hundreds of miles away in a location I have no plans to visit, I try to start off nice - thanking for the interest shown - and if the conversation continues, I generally discourage things moving in "that" direction. I only get rude when I get a message from someone who clearly has NOT read my profile (or didn't comprehend what I wrote).

I'm not genuflecting to anyone. And yes, Dick Cheney has a lot to answer for (and frankly, I wish the world community would hold him accountable for war crimes). But that's one reason why his endorsement of Harris is important: if someone as solidly conservative (and more importantly, anti-liberal) as Dick Cheney thinks she's better than Donald Trump, that OUGHT to give *anyone* pause. And I'm all for coexisting, but there's one side in this election determined to NOT coexist with the other side. And by that I mean the side that quotes Hitler, endorses racists, and has a convicted felon at the top of its ticket.

THIS. This is exactly right. I don't see how anyone with ANY self-respect could reward someone for acting this shitty to people. He doesn't need an "attitude adjusting fuck" - that's what he wants, and then he'll start the cycle over again, abusing more people to get what he wants. What he NEEDS is to be ignored and to learn the lesson that being a shit gets you shit. -
I concur in the idea to not "reveal who they are" because it's nobody's business if someone famous has sex with someone non-famous. But if there's not going to be any identification, I'm not sure what the point is, especially since it's basically an unverifiable claim, and would just lead to the kind of one-upsmanship I see from the "Look at MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" crowd that delights in sharing "stories" (aka fiction disguised as true confessions) about how depraved and slutty they are. I mean, if it's that hot, write a fictional story about it, changing the names up, and post it in fiction. Just random claims of "I fucked an astronaut" or whatever seems kind of, well, pointless.

I'm all for transcending partisanship, which is defined as adherence to a political party to the exclusion or at least detriment of any other factors. Being anti-Trump isn't partisan, except to the extent that Trumpism has completely captured the Republican Party, which has abandoned almost all of its long-held beliefs in order to back this one individual man. The Republican Party of Mitt Romney, or even both Bushes, would never have countenanced a moral scofflaw like Trump. They'd have excommunicated him for his fawning over authoritarian dictators like Putin, Orban, Erdogan, etc. They would have buried anyone who dismissed American servicemen and women killed in battle as "losers". I don't critique hair color. I do critique fake skin colors, like Trump's spray-tan that is so poorly applied it looks like a partial blackface mask. I call him Orange Julius, Mango Mussolini, and so forth not because of his hair (although to be honest, that combover is ridiculous), but because he's so intent on appearing "vigorous" that he puts a fake tan over his corpulent body and then gets a doctor to sign off on his claim to be 6'3 and 235 lbs when it's clear he's barely 6'1", if that, and closer to 280. Comparisons are inevitable, because it's a fucking election, and you have to compare the candidates to decide for whom to vote. If you don't grasp that basic principle, I hope you're not voting.

And it's unlikely to be approved as a first-line PrEP product; that is, it's more likely that even when it IS approved and available, you'd be required to take the tablet form until they documented that didn't work well for you given your swallowing issues. You might luck out and get the injection approved from the start, but planning on that is betting on a less-than-likely event. -

Cabenuva is *NOT* a PrEP medication. It's for TREATMENT of HIV once you get it. Please don't confuse the issue by conflating PrEP (which is prevention of HIV) with this drug (which is for TREATMENT of HIV). The injectable form of PrEP is called (by brand name) Apretude, which contains only ONE of the active ingredients in Cabenuva. In fact, as a general rule, PrEP (in any form) contains fewer ingredients than HIV treatment medications. The reason is that it's easier to prevent HIV than it is to treat it - once it's managed to burrow its way in, completely removing it is essentially* impossible, and it requires disrupting the replication of HIV in more than one way. Prevention just has to keep it from taking hold in your system. *I say "essentially" because there have been a handful of cases of eradicating HIV, by killing off a patient's entire immune system with chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant to replace it. But that's an expensive, debilitating process that runs the risk of killing the patient and may or may not always succeed. -
Bearing in mind that DoxyPEP is an off-label usage, the CDC *has* (this summer) issued a recommendation for clinical guidelines for use of doxycycline for DoxyPEP. Those guidelines call for taking 200 mg of Doxycycline within 72 hours of potential initial exposure, limited to 200 mg every 24 hours. I interpret that to mean that taking it daily, as long as it's AT LEAST 24 hours between doses - NOT doing one at 4 PM and then the next day at 9 AM - is within the clinical guidelines, if not within the specific recommendations of any particular physician. Bear in mind that some physicians may not grasp fully the notion of having unprotected sex with different guys every day for a week on vacation - that is, they may *know* it happens, but not realize *you* are one of the people doing it. Bear in mind also that when used to *treat* an STI, a lower does (100 mg) is often prescribed for twice a day dosing for ten days, and that's an on-label, approved dosage. So 200 mg a day over ten days isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Either way, the logical thing to do is to get on PrEP so that your bareback desires don't put you in a space you don't want to be in - i.e. HIV-positive and having to disclose that to future sex partners. ESPECIALLY since you're expressing a desire to fuck women (not "girls", I hope) without a condom as well. I can't cite statistics, but I am willing to bet the percentage of women who get pissed about not having HIV disclosed to them before unprotected sex is several orders of magnitude larger than the same in the gay/bi male community, and you could be looking at a prison sentence or a hefty civil judgment or both, if it were discovered you became poz, knew it, didn't warn a partner, and ended up pozzing them. In addition, PrEP will likely save you any number of other health issues over the years, as a lifetime of HIV meds can take a big toll on your body.

Private enterprises and judges, of course, have separate standards for behavior - and of course that's mostly because judges, being government employees/elected officials can only be disciplined by the government and that automatically implicates First Amendment issues. But yes, in general, in almost every state, private employers can take into account activities and statements by their employees, EVEN IF a statement or action was protected from *government* action by the First Amendment. In other words, if John Doe burns his American flag at a rally, the government can't legally arrest him or charge him with anything, but if his non-government employer BigCorp finds out, they're free to fire him for that. The same goes for appearing in porn. -

With respect only to your point about a discrimination lawsuit: From a federal law perspective: there's only an issue for them if they fired you for a reason protected by law, ie race, religion, national origin, sex, etc. There's no prohibition against firing someone for his activities outside of the workplace. And they don't have to be consistent about that. Some states might have a prohibition on employers taking action on this basis, but I'm not aware of any off the top of my head. -
And by the way: the best recap I have heard yet about the debate this week was that ordinarily, a man would have to pay handsomely to get beat down that hard by a woman.

Nobody can tell you what you "should" do - and turning that kind of control over to random strangers on the internet is an inherently silly and misguided idea. Rather, you have the opportunity to THINK about the possible consequences of what you're considering, and how you plan to handle those consequences if they come to pass. You don't say whether you're married, in a relationship, or single, but if it's one of the first two, you should be thinking also about the potential consequences for that person, as well. This isn't to say going bare is bad - far from it. But it has implications for your health, and the health of any other sex partners you have. And I don't see anything in your post that suggests you've even considered what those might be.
