  1. Imagine the aches at my advanced age !! My Dr suggested YOGA. No more muscle aches & Yoga is great for being a Power Bottom...
  2. Exactly... don't jump to conclusions & don't do so much research. I know you are still relatively young (in comparison to myself) but aches & pains come & go, you may have not realized that you aggrevated it some how... Wait a few days.
  3. I think from the start, if you had a picture or 2 opened, you'd leave a better first impression. Also, stating that you are "clean" is offensive. Just my opinion.
  4. I definitely don't want to be "Debbie Downer", especially with my friend :-) But smoking is one of the worst things you can do for your health when your are HIV +.... you'll succeed in quitting good luck this week
  5. The "standard" for undetectable in the US is less than 20 copies/mL. Some labs may still quantify as less than 50 copies/mL.
  6. Was always anxious for the first few blood draws. but, rest assured, your levels will be undetectable or VERY LOW & you'll have a high CD4. Strilbid has great results... let us/me know how you make out. Happy & SAFE (hahaha) 4th
  7. In my work as HIV counselor, I have heard that 3 days after last possible exposure is correct.
  8. You can't (or they can't) prove anything 100%. If he is really on prep, and you trust him then you are pretty safe as far as HIV infection. No other guarantees far as other STI's.
  9. Didn't your Dr test you?? I get routinely tested for Gonno, Syph & chlamydia whether I've had symptoms...or someone "warns" me....or NOT
  10. In Portland for 2 nights, looking for TOPS, Group fun..BREEDING !!
  11. I can look up the details, but also never heard of Atripla as PEP. How/When are you taking the Atripla ? Who prescribed it if you don't have a Dr ? Atripla is taken at least an hour + after eating, and best right before bed
  12. Personally, I don't drink (sober 18+ yrs), but aren't there new brands of Vodka that are better than Stoli?? I notice all these pretty bottles lined up at SLAMMER's when I'm there for "testing" :-)
  13. Over the years, I've been on the receiving end of a few PA'd cocks....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them !! Most have been 0 gauge. From the very first one, never had a problem. Maybe I can convince my new BF to get one....
  14. I really do love this site and the fictional & accurate stories & discussions... but the more I read about possible infections with things other than HIV, I am kinda happy I've stopped whoring around (for now) and dating (REAL DATING OMG) a super nice (neg) guy....
  15. I recall that his ID Dr told him that if he, the Dr, had a choice these days that he'd rather have HIV.
  16. love this from Poptronic: "Some say that HIV will shackle you in life. I say that HIV will only shackle you if you let it. The way you live with HIV completely depends on how you choose to live with it, the attitude you take to it. My attitude is basically this:" I had the pleasure (and it was a PLEASURE) to meet him a few months back. I was in NJ, had recommended my HIV specialist to him (I lived there when diagnosed)...we had lunch and a long talk.. He's come a LONG WAY...
  17. I LOVE that quote in this context. I will "borrow" it in my capacities as a Counselor...
  18. I've always wanted to get bred by him...
  19. Great posting "wood" exactly what I was writing...
  20. RT, I did a search on Poz.com (early treatment benefits) it references several CDC studies. Further searches on other HIV sites like, thebody.com; will show similar results.
  21. GREAT MOVE, RT !!! I was thinking the same about him & his postings
  22. That's exactly the message I convey when a "client" at the bathhouse or testing center asks about risk reduction... right on TM !
  23. I just had to chime in.. been following this thread. The originator, seems a little to "needy" and has an explanation for all behaviors and consequences... This seem to be another of those "fantasy" posts... (just MHO)
  24. I think "concerned" is putting it lightly....ANYBODY who treats themselves with Truvada for PrEP is OUT OF THE FRIGGIN MIND... Just my opinion.
