Might not be much demand for this topic, but just wanted to share for others who might be interested because I couldn’t really find this detailed info anywhere online. In Yokohama, Japan there’s a sex club called Blazer. They’re open daily and they usually are open 24 hours on weekends. Location is easily found on Google Maps but the front door is nondescript, easy to overlook. Entrance fee is 1500-2000 yen, depending on the day. Sadly, like many sex clubs in Japan, they are ageist and discriminate against older men. 50yo and over are not allowed. This is fucked up but seems to be somewhat widespread in Japan, not entirely sure. With that said, the experience can be good if you meet their requirements. You walk in the door and ascend the stairs. Remove your shoes and put them in the provided plastic bag. Enter and pay the fee, and get your key and towel. Put your stuff in the locker. You can come back here later whenever you want if you need something from your bag, water, etc. The identification system is written on the wall by the lockers. Locker key goes on your left wrist for bottom, right wrist for top. There are some others but those are the only ones I care about. Ascend the stairs again to get to the first play floor. To the left is the shower room. The showers are really clean and have shampoo and body soap. Leave them as clean as you found them. There’s also a toilet room and sink there. Opposite there is this kind of dark maze, a tangle of fuck rooms with doors/curtains, and there’s a larger area all the way at the end of the winding corridor with several mattresses for group play, orgies. You’ll hear lots of guys having sex in these fuck rooms. It’s pretty dark in here but you can mostly see what’s going on. Back at the stairway, there’s one more floor above. Some more fuck beds, as well as the sling, and a “no refusal” dark room. There are some benches in the corner near the air conditioner for taking a break and waiting for guys to arrive but it’s pretty dark in there overall. Each fuck room has a mattress, lube and I think condoms. Most also have a box of tissues. Most but not all have a small pillow. The staff also post regular updates on how many people are at the club, so you have an idea of what to expect, before you even arrive. Finding guys is not too complicated. If you see someone standing around, check their wrist key position, then look toward them and see how they react. If they seem interested, try touching. At that point, if they don’t indicate no, you could suck their dick a little in the hallway, and then lead them to a room for some fucking. And that’s basically it! Super bare-bones experience but it gets the job done. I’ve yet to spend the night there so not sure about the sleeping dynamic yet. Everyone I’ve met there has been kind and respectful.

Same advice holds for this thread. Go to the 24 Kaikan in Shinjuku, have fun. Etiquette (applies to everywhere in Japan, not just bathhouses): - Don’t go drunk if you can’t handle your alcohol. - Keep your voice down. - Get clean/shower. - Be humble and respectful. Mind all these and you’ll have a good time.

HIV test is not going to protect you from other STDs. I’ve done this with an old girlfriend, where we both got tested for a full range of STDs, revealed the results to each other, and then went home and fucked raw all weekend. But for a random hookup?
