Have you tried barebuddy.com yet? I find it quite easy to navigate. Kind of reminds me of a mix of Grindr and Romeo but really nice and bareback only. Good thing is you see the nude pics right away. Could use more people but it said it's new. -

PreP is now becoming popular in Germany, too. A pharmacist decided to offer the pills at around €80 per month. Don't know how he is doing it since prices are heavily regulated here. Things have become much more relaxed ever since PreP came around!
