Anal Chlamydia is a tricky one. Many haven't a clue that they have even been infected since it can present without symptoms. It's an error you've got in your titlet of your story - the word you have used DOMINATE should actually be the word DOMINANT. DOMINANT is an adjective and it describes the subject of a sentence, as in The boy had fallen from the monkey bars braking his left arm.
