  1. Interesting question. I doubt there is good research on this- it would be very hard to study for practical and scientific reasons. Extrapolating from other infectious diseases would suggest that the ‘donor’ viral load would be a significant factor, but only one factor.
  2. Reinfection or super-infection are thought to be very rare. It is a difficult thing to study- but what research is out there generally concludes it is possible but highly unlikely.
