As far as risk management goes you should be more concerned with getting ringworm, or shingles. It's so unlikely you're going to catch something as rare as this. If you're engaged in high risk sexual behavior get tested regularly and truly you have very little to worry about.

I would think any gay dude out there has had a shitty interaction with the police and it's just the general consensus that all cops are bastards? Like I would think the gay communities "respect," for cops should be in the negative??? The cops in my country let a prolific serial killer murder tons of gay men for years and did sweet fuck all because they aren't looking to protect and serve us??
