I checked out napsger...seems weird to be able to pay only in moneygram or western union. You never had any problems?

I use Hims.com   They are efficient. I had no trouble getting the order placed and just put it on a cc.

Ro.com (Roman) - I haven't bought anything from them in a while (because I am overwhelming a bottom and am trying to get back to more naturopathy methods) but I went to a cumdump-ish party in Fall 2023 and used the viagra they sent me just fine.

BTW - these guys were recommended to me by guys with lots of enhancement experience most of whom were also poz exclusive porn guys (at least at that time).  I had run into them at the edges of a MAL event a few years ago.

GenericBuddy.com has worked for me several times. Good quality indian generics. Slightly convoluted payment process - they send an email with payment details. There's a couple of options including wire transfer and others I won't go into because technically the services don't support medications. Vilitra (Levitra) and Tadalista (Cialis) are good. I haven't tried any of their Viagra generic as I'm allergic to it! 😱
