Steroids and HIV

Hi! Does anyone here on meds use steroids or growth hormones? I'm on meds for almost 3 years now and wanting to try dianabol and stack up on testosterone, do they have catastrophic side effects when combined? thnx

I know a few guys who use steroids for wasting and since they're also gym rats they have amazing bodies. But even with steroids, you'll need great genetics, a strict diet, and a pretty rigorous wight training routine to get really jacked up.
