Actually to answer that you need to first say whether you're talking real inches or "gay inches". When I was younger I would measure my cock with a ruler and always come up with 7 1/4", but everyone said "no, you're 8 inches", so I just started saying 8"...

Both thickness and length matter to me. I look at "well hung" as anything that can be considered truly above average. So I would go 7 or if it is very thick it can be a bit shorter... or course longer and thicker is better and preferred.

I think it it's not thick then anything 8 or greater is hung; girth makes it look bigger; so someone who is 7+ and thick will look hung.

I think every guy who posts on this thread, should have a ruler/inch tape by his keyboard before he posts. Self reported measurements are often wildly exaggerated - especially by porn stars and prostitutes. I regard any cock that is genuinely 7" from pubic bush to tip as hung. A lot of guys like to measure the underside length from their ball sack as it gives a much longer result. I think average length is about 5 to 6 inches (measuring along the top of your erect penis, from tip of the head to where your cock meets your body). So to me, anything above 7 inches is hung. Anything above 9 inches is "very hung" or "huge". And anything 9 inches or better that is also packing girth is "horse hung". A guy who is like 5 inches with a lot of girth, is just average with a lot of girth. That's just my take on it.
