Does a poz guy's piss taste different than a neg guys? Other than diet, what other things can affect the taste?

For otherwise healthy poz guys: no, it doesn't.

Other than diet a number of factors can influence taste like the genetically caused variations in metabolism in general, metabolic diseases like diabetes or the broken-down metabolites of chemical compounds such as medications or tobacco smoke.

But in general, diet is the major factor, with hydration and time of day determining the "strength" of the piss' taste (Drinking lots of water -> weak piss, morning piss: quite strong.)

re: smoking... I am an occasional smoker who has been transitioning to e-cigs. I'll admit that it can be kinda gross sometimes to smell it on another guy, even though the taste is diluted and almost pleasant in his cum.

But perhaps my past experience of being discriminated against (yes, I'm using that word) because I used to smoke... gives me a greater incentive to better serve cock when I understand that they may need it more.

The only real difference that I've tasted is guys on different forms of medication, which alters the taste. I had a guy piss in my mouth and his piss was really sweet like sugar water. Turned out he had untreated diabetes.

Saccharin and other artificial sweeteners do that to piss too,  but not sugar.

As all Saïd above diet is thé major factor, with medication and vitamins effecting the taste. Usually making it more bitter. Been told by my toilets that tea as well has a very unpleasant taste. While beer actually makes urine taste "better". I seriously doubt someone sero status will effect how their pee or cum taste.

Good point about meds and vitamins.  The two major clearing systems for the body are the liver and kidneys.  The liver sends waste out the ass, the kidneys in the urine.  E.g., NSAIDS (most over the counter pain drugs, except tylenol) get pushed out throughs the kidneys. The truth is, our bodies are in a daily battle to clear toxins from just the processed food we eat. Our bodies are not adapted to the Western Diet, it is the number one cause of disease in the 'the west.'  85% (conservatively) of my in hospital patients have diseases caused by what we eat. So yeah, what you eat definitely effects the taste of your piss.
