Why is this even a question for bottoms? The only answer is to let the cum sit in your ass and absorb!  It's the bottom's duty to receive the top's cum with honor and humility. Cum is precious and must be treated with respect.  If a bottom expels cum out of his ass intentionally, this is extremely disrespectful!
