Age limit

Recommended Posts

Is there an age limit that I must adhere to when posting a story? I was very young when I had my first tase of cock. I was wondering If I can tell my story about when I started to be a cumslut. I was not of legal age.

Thanks for asking... (Seriously)... And welcome to Breeding Zone!

You have two options... You can talk about your sexual history in a clinical way - meaning not a blow-by-blow account, and definitely not written in an erotic manner. Or, you can write it up in an erotic manner and leave all age references and implications out of it. In other words, it's either eroticized or it's honest - not both.

These aren't my rules... They're the law... (Whether it makes sense or not).

Boy it sure doesn't make sense RawTop. But then again, we're living in the never-never land of don't ask/don't tell. As for me, i'd like to read lataincumslut's story, clinical or not. If i were to tell my story, it would, according to "the law" have to be clinically told.

So, what do you mean exactly when you talk about legal age? I don't want to cause any issues.

May I discuss an event with a guy that mentions his age as long as it he was of legal age in the country I am talking about (using a definitive source for legal age like Wikipedia)? Or, do I need to use a legal age in the US which is between 16-18 depending on the State you live in (if so, which State's legal age do I use...your servers)?

The site is bound by US law - so even though it's legal down to 16 in some areas of the US, don't mention the age unless it's at least 18. For legal under 18 say something like "barely legal" or "recently turned legal" or something like that. But no ages unless they're 18+.

Apparently, we need to go through the rules again:

Porn/Erotic Stories: There should be no characters who are identified as being younger than 18.

True Stories From Your Own Life: If you want to talk about underage sex you had, you can write about it clinically. In other words, "I started taking loads at 16 in the men's room in the park" is fine, but giving a blow-by-blow account telling us how hot it was is not.

If you want to talk about your experiences erotically, you need to write them as if you were 18+ when it happens. You can talk about  "young guys" or "barely legal guys," that is fine. Just remain vague about the age.

i have duel nationality and one country has a much lower aoc then the other. As a citizen of the USA you have to abide by the aoc in the USA. Many men have been prosecuted in the USA for traveling to a country to have sex with someone of a legal age in that country but below the aoc in the USA. Growing up in Europe in the 70's there were political parties openly campaigning for very low aoc rules. Even recently the Green Party in Germany was rocked by controversy because some of their very senior leaders/ members were outed for their campaigning for legalizing sex with children back in the 70's. I think it was the Kinder something party. They formed an alliance with the Green party in an attempt to gain some political power. The Greens ended up absorbing the Kinders, and thats how these guys surfaced again in Europe under the sexual witch hunt mentality that has overtaken Europe in the last couple of years.

Doesn't this age limit also pertain to discussions in the chat room?

It should. Just think of it as doing your part to keep chat and this site from being shut down by some overly zealous and litigious person.

Hey drscorpio,

there obviously seems to be a gap between what's allowed by law and can be openly talked about here at BZ and what's actually going on out there. But that's not the point - if there's a law you have to obey it, whether it makes sense to you or not!

I've had troubles myself discerning what I can/can't write here, so I sent you a PM today asking for your help. Then I realized that my question may be of interest to others too and that I might just as well post it here in this thread.

So here's my question: what if I describe an anonymous hook up situation (and I'm not talking about my own memories but a purely fictional story) with an older top and a bottom boy a lot younger than his sex partner. The boy's actual age is never mentioned, but the top expresses his suspicions/doubts that he might not be legal yet, writing  something like "When I entered the clearing, seven other guys were already busy taking turns fucking the handcuffed boy who was lying spread-eagle on the cum-encrusted mattress. I asked the kid if he was already 18 years old, but with the ball-gag blocking his mouth, he couldn't answer me. The other guys laughed and said something like 'If he's old enough to spread his legs, he's old enough to take our loads! Of course he's 18, isn't that right, kiddo?' But to me the boy looked a lot more like...(14/15/16/17)." or "Of course I knew that officially he had to be 18 to get into this bathhouse, but to be honest he looked a lot younger than that/ he looked more like...(14/15/16/17)." or "Somebody had handcuffed the boy's wrists behind his back and placed a black hood over his head. So without being able to see the kid's face I can't tell for sure if he was really 18, but just judging by his smooth boyish body, I wouldn't have guessed him to be a day older than...(14/15/16/17)." or maybe "The boy told me he was 18, but given his slender, hairless body and almost girlish sweet face I didn't believe him for a second. Not that I cared much - young age had never prevented me from breeding a boy and I would have fucked him anyway, no matter what he told me."

So if I don't write "He's younger than 18" but imply that he might be or at least looks to be younger, would that be okay for me to write or not?

I would take issue with what you wrote.  I know it's fantasy but it's illegal to have sex with someone under the age of 18 especially in the manner you described.  I started early and I wonder if that's why I'm so fucked up at times.  I would rather not see that happen to anyone else.  I'm trying not to offend you but with me, it is personal.  Sorry

If the scene takes place in a  bathhouse or Cum Union party or other venue when the partner is known to be of age, then the story is fine even if the kid does not LOOK over 18. It's perfectly legal to be into "barely-legal" boys. In all the scenarios where there is doubt in the reader's mind whether or not the sex partner is of age, the story would be removed and the poster would get a nice long break from the site. The specific infraction as listed by rawTOP is "Stories about or promotion of sex with minors."  The penalty is 10 days off the site and 14 days without posting for a first offense. If the offender has points already, it would be longer.
