Ryan White Program was signed into law by George Bush and expired in 2013.  Congress funds it on a year by year basis. The budget for 2018 was 2.34 Billion and for 2019 is 2.3 Billion. I doubt that Trump and Pence have anything to do with those figures. I agree that Trump does not care about us, but I believe he is an equal opportunity non caring person.

Fuck yeah I’ll be voting for him. I don’t love his personality but his work over his first term is undeniable. Lowered taxes for literally every income bracket, lowest unemployment amongst minority groups in history, the economy is booming and he’s standing up for America’s interests abroad. Why on earth would I vote for a wackjob socialist who would not only undo all the progress made over the last 4 years but would drive our income bracket and the middle class into the ground through higher taxes for “Medicare for all”. Socialism doesn’t work, numerous European countries have tried it and failed and have moved away from it. It would ruin our country and the economy which would cause a worldwide depression. You are aware that since Trump took office our national debt has grown (was decreasing under Obama), taxes have not been lowered for everyone (mine actually increased), the unemployment rate fell sharply under Obama and Trump was able to ride that wave the end of that wave, more people are uninsured for basic healthcare, the economy is faultering and the Feds are looking into how to keep if from slumping long term, we have seen an increase in prices due to the China tariffs (which is requiring the government to subsidize more to our farmers (because China, Canada and Other countries have reduced what they buy from the US).  

He is not standing up for American interests abroad, just look at all the slack he's getting from his handling of the Kurds in Turkey and his own team is not telling him that his actions are benefiting terrorist groups in the region.  Not to forget about his assistant in helping the Russian government (look at his actions, not his words).  It's proven that Russia is continuing to interfer with our elections and other elections around the world, yet he's done nothing to secure our country against this.  

And what is wrong with everyone having access to free or affordable healthcare?  It becomes a public safety issue if people are not getting treated for illnesses that can lead to widespread infections, the lose of a home due to medical bills, or early death because they could not afford treatment.  I think you don't really understand how other countries are benefiting from greater public support on some standard human expectations, like affordable healthcare and education.

Trump is failing to lead on all fronts.  He talks a lot about goals he's aiming for, but has not implementing actions to make those goals reality.  impeachment is a serious process.  Trump thinks everyone else (but him) is corrupt, but he has yet to present any evidence that he is innocent of the crimes against him.  If he was free of wrongdoing, he'd share his taxes, he'd cooperate with investigators, and he'd stop peddling conspiracy theories.

So... Trump is not really that great, he's not making America great again (whatever that means - again, still waiting for someone to define this phrase and what American greatness looks like), he's the laughing stock of the country/world (just refere to the childish letter he sent to Turkthis week), and he has no clue on how to build relationships with friendly countries or how to protect us against our advisories.

I voted pretty much straight Democrat from the 70s through the 90s.  I didn't vote for Reagan in 1980 or 1984, but a comment from his campaign got me thinking.  One of his advisors said (to paraphrase) --- "The Democrats think government can never be too big, whereas the Republicans want to shrink government to the point that it will fit in a bathtub."  And I still think that is true; the Democrats/Leftists want to & think they need to control & regulate every aspect of everyone's life.  There is a Democrat city councilman in New York City who has proposed putting a temperature sensor in Every Single Apartment in the city so that the government can monitor how much energy is being consumed in each apartment!  Think about that --- the government will make sure you are not keeping your apartment too cool in the summer & the government will make sure you are not keeping your apartment too warm in the winter!

A lot (or all) of you Leftists should track down & view some of the videos that Brandon Straka has made.  Brandon Straka is a (gay) New York City hairdresser/makeup artist/beautician who was a Democrat until about 6 years ago, & then he decided he was being used & played & taken for granted by that party.  He started a #Just Walk Away movement, & his videos have opened the eyes of 1000s of gays & made them realize that the Republican party is more attuned to & in line with people with a more Libertarian bent.  

Democrat = Authoritarian... Republican = Libertarian.

I’m disappointed in you. The things you post usually aren’t factually insupportable, demonstrably false, or fail a simple test of rational analysis. This is, and does.

Moreover, assuming that by the undefined quality of “better” you mean “better at being President”, you cannot soundly make such a claim for two reasons:

1: Trump has, by any measure, demonstrated his unfitness and incapacity for the position (or indeed any position held in the public trust - as an Executive Branch civil servant for 30 years under multiple administrations I can state that with some authority), and

2: As none of the Democratic contenders have yet held the office, you have no basis for an equivalent comparison.

Ironically, I could with greater accuracy say that a stick of butter would be a better president than Donald Trump, because at least a stick of butter would not end up betraying thousands of Kurdish allies to rape and ethnic slaughter.
