How often do you change your profile pic and how often should we? I usually only do when I take a new pic I like. Also is it okay to throat punch people without pics or with pics that aren't their own?

I try to change once or twice a year but haven't been as good about that lately. On the other hand I'm doing better than other people I see using pictures that I saw on gay.com, men4men4sex.com and all the old hookup sites that I haven't used (if they exist still) since I moved to my current place in 2005 😁

Depends. If it's a dating site with face pics i keep them current and dated.  On hook up sites, the body shots are current, and often do not have face pics or they have to be "opened."  

i used to get bothered by guys who didn't have face pics, but that hasn't mattered to me for a long time.  Face only matters to me if i am looking for romance, for sex looks do not much matter to me, so i don't care if they have no pic and cannot tell if the pic isn't theirs.

One thing that does bother me is guys who want pics and don't have any of their own or guys who approach you to open your pics without opening theirs first. That's lame. But if a guy has no pic and doesn't expect one from me and knows how to communicate, that's fine by me. For me, guys who can only initiate by saying "sup" and put the weight of conversation on the other guy are a much bigger turn off than not having a pic.

I should rephrase I guess, I also don't care about face pics, or if you grab something from a porn site or use a meme, what bothers me is absolutely no pic and blank profile, or guys trying to pass themselves off with a picture of someone who is not them

Guys without profiles make me crazy. That and: "if you want to know me, ask me."  No picture, no profile? What is attracting me to this person to want to "know" that i would ask questions?  i guess a dream site for these guys would be thousands of guys with no picture and no profile? Kind of like a dark room with none of the advantages?
