The liquor license was not renewed by the city (maybe the then-mayor wasn't one of us, I don't know), and never renewed. So that's why you have to bring your own, give it to the bartenders who will tag it as yours. It may be a unique policy in every other decent-sized cities in the whole wide world, but ...
