Are you being particularly rough with your dildo or are the tops being rough with the fucking?

Dildo or cock with too little lubricant can cause a little tearing which is why you might be seeing pink, anal mucus (produced to help smooth the flow) can also be an off-white colour.

Typically in porn when you see them pushing out white cum it’s either just inside the arse or sometimes it’s a lube that looks like cum.

If you have been checked out and they have found nothing wrong, either try being more gentle or applying more lube.

Another thing could be over douching, since if you are rinsing out the arse and any anal mucus in there, then the arse will make more.

I used to have a fist buddy and he would produce loads of anal mucus, it was always a pinky colour, but not bloody - he couldn’t taste metallic on my fingers.

I had a frustrating problem with bleeding around this time last year. I would toy myself, and when I pulled it out for whatever reason, I found blood. Couldn't understand why. It wasn't until after several weeks of this that I fakelized: my lube was incompatible with the toy! I was using Elbow Grease with a silicone dildo. No wonder. I'm using water based lube, which is good with silicone toys. I think it's one of these two things:

1- It is my way of opening the second gate. There's no gate or such, it's where the bowel does a curve. And my dildo goes through that. This is intentional as I want to make sure I'm clean beyond that too. You don't know what kind of cock will the breeder have and how hard or long you'll get pound. But I guess I do it too quickly? I don't know. I just slowly push it inside while trying to relax, and the bowel slowly aligns with the dildo and takes it in. But when I take it out, most of the time there's that slight blood that will stop in a few minutes.

2- Or like WelshBBCigarFuck  said, it's my douching. I douche for a bit over an hour as I have to be speckless clean. But the thing I never get blood during douching. I only get it when I start playing with my dildo.

I also never have blood outside of sex. Never in my poo or underwear or anything, and don't have any haemorrhoids (got it checked).

You may be overdoing the douching. Perhaps increase your dietary fibre (makes your poop more solid so less mess inside) and douche less. You could be rinsing out too much, washing out the natural mucus and irritating in there. The mucus serves a purpose and is a natural lube, if you are washing it out and just using a water based lube then you might not be lubricated enough internally when using your toy or getting fucked, leading to a little bit of tearing.

As many people have noted, some bleeding is not uncommon. It's not "almost always" there, but there are factors which can aggravate it, as these folks can attest.

However: bear in mind when you're watching videos, you may not even be seeing real cum. You'll get no disease fetish from me. I'm positively avoidant. But there is no problem and there's definitely nothing wrong with your rectum or sigmoid colon. Penetration and copulation is an obvious misuse of these organs and the resulting minor bleeding is routine. It stops, you heal, and you're ready to be broken all over again. If you're worried about disease, screen your partners and reduce their number (to one perhaps).
